Stuff

Well this morning was an adventure. While I was cleaning out Murphy the Finch's cage, she escaped. She flew out the cage door while my arm was stuck in the cage removing her bath. That was surprising as she normally stays far away from me. Thankfully, while my balcony door was open, the screen was closed so she was just loose in the apartment. After chasing her around the apartment for about 20 minutes I was finally fast enough to trap her and deposit her back into the cage. She's fine now, being her normal chirpy self. But I hope she doesn't escape again as finches are way too small and fast to catch. Silly bird.
