Well, I finished the research paper. *yippee*
Last night was UCLA's animation festival. My parents were able to make it. I didn't invite anyone else since I wasn't sure I going to screen until the last minute. My film got a very good reaction from the audience. I was a bit surprised. I got the laughs I wanted and the murmurs of how cute etc. My nerves were shot while the film was going. I thought after last year I would be a little used to sitting in a theater while people see my work. But nope, I was just as nervous or even more so last night. Though I'm extremely happy with the audience's reaction. Afterwards my fellow animators, instructors and alumni also gave me great reviews on the story twist and how it looked. I guess the film wasn't as crappy as I thought it was considering I rushed it in order to finish for the screening. That was a cool night. Now I just need my composer to compose the real music for it so I can enter it into festivals. Though I hate to say goodbye to In the Hall of the Mountain King since it works so well. On a side note, I forgot to credit
spikes_cj and
ghostgirl13 Beanie Babies Lamb toy for inspiring the story. I'll have to go back and correct the end credits.
I should hopefully have my photos from the UK up by next weekend, now that I'm pretty much done with school.
