PSILY Preview Screening
Dec. 14th, 2007 12:12 amJust got back from dinner with
ghostgirl13 and before that we saw a preview screening of P.S. I Love You.
ghostgirl13 is very excited that we got to see the movie for free. :) I won't spoil any of you unless you want to be spoiled. But here's my thoughts on the film. So don't read any more if you don't want to know anything about the movie.
It was very good actually. It could have easily been a very sappy/cheesy film, but they kept it very cute and funny. Yes, James role is very small. He is integrated in the first portion of the film although he doesn't have much dialogue. After the girls go to Ireland you don't see him again except for a couple photos in a montage at the end of the film. But regardless of his role, I enjoyed the film and would see it if he wasn't in it at all. In fact, I might be dragging my mother to see it over Christmas cause it's like something she would like. And they have a lot of scenes in Ireland so she'll enjoy that as well. James was at least in the opening credits. I was afraid that after not getting a mention in the trailer, not having his name on the poster, that he might not even make the opening credits, but he did. So if you like romantic comedies I would recommend the film. It was entertaining.
